Authenticity
All of our sneakers are 100% authentic. They have either been purchased from official retailers/distributors of their respective brands, or are being sold on consignment and are professionally inspected. We deal with many reputable dealers from around the country and each and every pair of sneakers is inspected for authenticity. We are listed as a legit and reputable store by many sneaker forums and websites including niketalk and instyleshoes.com. We also do not sell any B-grade or blemished sneakers.


Consignment
Feel free to contact us if you'd like information about our consignment program. If you have sneakers you'd like to sell, look no further. We offer competitive returns, and do all the work for you. Only unworn sneakers will be accepted. Sneakers can either be shipped to us, or brought into the store. Please contact us to make an appointment if you'd like to bring more than 5 pairs of shoes into the store.

Payment
We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, money orders, and personal checks. You will be asked to choose which method you prefer when you check out (except credit card payments, which can be made over the phone 7 days a week from 12-7:30 p.m. Eastern Time by calling 212-334-8144). If you are paying with check/money order, please follow all instructions and mail out payment in a timely manner. If we don't receive your payment within 7 days, we cannot guarantee the items will still be available.


Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. The exact rate will be calculated when you check out according to your zip code. Rates for 1 pair of shoes will usually be between $6 and $10. Orders over $250 will require a signature confirmation. Delivery time is usually 2-6 business days (i.e. not including weekends and federal holidays). Most orders ship within 24 hours.


International Shipping
International orders are shipped using USPS Global Express Mail, which usually takes 3-6 business days and includes tracking number and insurance. If you are ordering internationally, the shipping rate will be calculated during check-out according to your location and the package weight. If you are having problems with check-out for international orders, contact us for further instructions.


Trouble Logging In?
If you are experiencing difficulties when logging in to place an order, please check your internet settings. Be sure to "enable cookies" on your web browser otherwise you will not be able to log in. If you are still having problems, contact us for further instructions.


Returns
Please ask all questions you might have beforehand in order to minimize the number of returns. It is also a good idea to know what size you wear in certain models because they sometimes vary slightly. Of course if an item is listed incorrectly, or there is an error on behalf of our staff (wrong sneaker, wrong size, etc.), you will be able to return or exchange that item, assuming it is still in the exact same condition as when you received it. We always do our best to keep our customers happy. Restocking fees will apply in the event of a return (except if we are at fault).
