Authenticity
All of our products are 100% authentic. They have been purchased from official retailers/distributors of their respective brands. We are listed as a legitimate and reputable store by many sneaker forums and websites including niketalk and instyleshoes.com as well as having an excellent reputation within the BMX industry. We do not sell any B-grade or blemished sneakers or any other items.
Payment
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. You will be asked to choose which method you prefer when you check out. Credit card orders can also be placed over the phone Monday-Friday from 10-6PM Eastern Time by calling 718-496-6595.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The exact rates will be calculated when you check out according to your zip code and the weight of the package. You will be given an option to estimate shipping when items are placed in your shopping cart. Rates for 1 pair of shoes will usually be between $6 and $12 depending what state they are going to. Orders over $200 will require a signature confirmation. Delivery time is usually 2-6 business days (i.e. not including weekends and federal holidays). Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped using USPS Express Mail or USPS Priority Mail International. If you are ordering internationally, the shipping rate will be calculated during check-out according to your location and the package weight. NOTE: Priority Flat Rate envelopes are for shirts and small items only! If you choose this shipping option for shoes, or for more than 3 T-Shirts, you will be required to pay additional postage.
Trouble Logging In?
If you are experiencing difficulties when logging in to place an order, please check your internet settings. Be sure to "enable cookies" on your web browser otherwise you will not be able to log in. If you are still having problems, contact us for further instructions.
Declined Credit Cards
In some instances, valid credit cards can be declined by the verification system. The reason for this is usually a slight discrepancy between the address entered and the billing address on file with your bank. If your card is declined and you think there is a mistake, please call us at 718-496-6595 and we can take your order by phone. You can also email your orders (and credit card info) to info@frontstreetny.com.
Returns
Please ask all questions you might have beforehand in order to minimize the number of returns. It is also a good idea to know what size you wear in certain models or brands because they sometimes vary slightly. If you'd like to return or exchange an item for any reason, assuming it is still in the exact same condition as when you received it, you may. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
